I love that there are so many tools out there now for us to track all sorts of things. The problem is that we are not consciously and deliberately thinking about what we are trying to accomplish when we set and track goals. Sometimes achieving a goal merely gives us the illusion of accomplishment, but we haven't fundamentally changed ourselves. All these quantifications of ourselves makes us think that we understand ourselves a little bit more and therefore don't have to put the work into self reflection.
Meditation retreat when? (Also is this a recommendation for four thousand weeks, or not?)
I do recommend the book. It made me more aware of what I'm doing, but I still find it hard to break out of the habit and productivity mindset
